Using this website
This website explains Mulgem’s active work and provides ways to contact us. Use it lawfully and do not submit false information or harmful files.
Project and property information
Website information supports an initial enquiry. Mulgem must confirm availability, prices, specifications, documents, timelines, currency conversion and service scope in writing. A website form does not reserve a property or create an agreement.
NovaPrime reservations
The starting price and reservation amount depend on current unit availability and final written terms. Mulgem issues approved payment instructions after document review. The signed documents govern refunds, construction duties, warranty cover and remedies.
Images and drawings
Images identified as conceptual references show design direction and do not show completed NovaPrime construction. Approved drawings, specifications and transaction documents govern the final work.
Independent review
Buyers should obtain independent legal, tax, foreign-exchange and financial advice before paying.
Property and opportunity submissions
Submit only information you are authorised to share. A submission does not automatically create a listing, mandate, partnership or other agreement.
