The reservation is the first committed payment for the available home you select. It is made only after you receive the project information and sign the written reservation terms.

Does the form reserve a unit?
No. The form asks for current availability and documents. A reservation is confirmed separately after written terms and the ₦40 million payment.
Can I appoint a lawyer or representative?
Yes. Your independent lawyer or authorised representative can review the documents and take part in the transaction.
What evidence follows payment?
After confirmed payment, you receive a receipt, email confirmation and the corresponding owner record.
Can I inspect remotely?
Yes. Video consultations and livestreamed site inspections can be arranged.
Can I personalise my home?
Selected interior finishes may be available if you reserve before the relevant construction cutoff. The team will confirm the approved options, decision date and any effect on cost or delivery in writing.
What does the ₦40 million reserve?
It is the first committed payment for the available home you select after signing the reservation terms. The transaction documents confirm how it is applied, the payment schedule and the applicable refund terms.
What does the warranty cover?
A two-year maintenance warranty applies after handover. The final documents will state its scope, exclusions and terms.
What happens after the first two NovaManaged years?
The first two years carry no management fee. Ask the team for the approved service scope and the fees that apply afterward.
